SELECTED  P.A.s  OF  2013-14  BATCH ----   CIRCLE  UNION  ISSUED  LETTER  TO  CHIEF PMG  FOR  EARLY  JOINING

   We are relieved and over-joyous just like you and your family with the clearance order for your joining, though a little formality is due. You all know that our Circle Union and whole NFPE family consistently fought for settlement of your issue and we were also mentally prepared to fight a legal battle, if required. Only hard days like these can identify friends, and we are sure that you have identified who stood by your side during these painful months as your true friend.

Circle Union does not think the task is over. Our duty is not over till every fairly selected candidate joins in West Bengal. So, Circle Union wrote the above letter and submitted to the Chief PMG, West Bengal, for immediate processing of the verification as instructed by the Directorate and effect the joining even before the last date of verification, i.e., 31.10.2015.

FINALLY.....  IT  IS  THE  VICTORY  OF  CONSISTENT  UNITED  STRUGGLE  &  TRUTH : P.A./S.A.  CANDIDATES  OF  2013-14  BATCH  ARE  TO  JOIN  SHORTLY : ABEYANCE  LIFTED

    Finally, the days of agony are over now. The Directorate has lifted the halt imposed on the appointment procedure of P.A.s/S.A.s of 2013-14 batch. The process will continue and joining is ensuing, only some verification which is very similar to cross-checking of certain aspects and documents are to be completed by a committee in West Bengal Circle within 31.10.2015.

     This did not come easy. It is the consequence of united struggle of you all, indeed with NFPE by your side with full strength. Congratulations to all candidates. We hope you all will now easily identify the organisation which always stood by in your support during these hard days.

Release of additional instalment of Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief to Pensioners due from 1.7.2015

The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has approved release of an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to Pensioners w.e.f. 01.07.2015. This represents an increase of 6 percent over the existing rate of 113 percent of the Basic Pay/Pension, to compensate for price rise.    This will benefit about 50 lakh Government employees and 56 lakh pensioners.         The increase is in accordance with the accepted formula, which is based on the recommendations of the 6th Central Pay Commission (CPC). The combined impact on the exchequer on account of both Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief would be in the order of Rs. 6655.14 crore per annum and Rs.4436.76 crore in the financial year 2015-16 (for a period of 8 months from July, 2015 to February, 2016). NW/AKT/SH 09.09.2015
