Sangathan Bhawan, near Chinchura Bus stand in North Hooghly Division.

1. Confirmation of the proceedings of the
last CWC.

Consideration
and adoption of biennial report of 2nd Circle Conference.

Consideration
and adoption of Accounts.
4. Ensuing Biennial All India Conference
2nd & 3rd March 2013 at Haridwar.
