to apprise you that the resolutions passed by Honourable House in the Central
Working Committee Meeting after lengthy discussion at Ujjain (M.P.) have since
been submitted to the Secretary Department of Posts for settlement / redressal
but as per trend going on towards SBCO staff there is least possibility for
positive response.
In these
anticipated prevailing circumstances you would have to observe an important
action of programmes for survival of SBCO.
So please be
ready in this context.
